Prefix Car Number Plates for Sale

These number plates have the year identifier letter at the beginning of the registration eg S1 XSB or L901 GVP. This style always has the prefix letter on the left (excluding the letters I, O, Q, U and Z), followed by upto three numbers, with the end containing three letters.

These are the ‘old style’ number plates mainly from the eighties and nineties, where the prefix letter identified the age of the car it was registered to.
