Dynamic Sales Administrators

Due to our continued success as one of the UK's leading cherished number plate dealers, we are looking for dynamic Sales Administrators to join our Fleet Head Office.
We are looking for bright, confident team players who are highly driven and self-motivated and who, ideally, have previous sales experience.
The role is customer-oriented and involves both taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to convert initial interest into sales to achieve / exceed regularly set sales targets.
You will be selling personal vehicle registration numbers from inbound telephone enquiries generated by our extensive marketing campaigns and from making outbound calls from our massive database of interested customers. Once sold you will then be processing the transfer paperwork and dealing with post in/out.
Previous telesales experience is preferable, but ongoing training and sales guidance will be provided.
The role requires candidates to ideally have:
- Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Good self-motivation - able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Sound customer service skills
- Good computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft products
For part time positions, the normal hours of work are 20 to 25 hours a week spread over a variable 3 shift timetable from 9am until 8pm. You must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed.
