We are pleased to advise that our opening hours for our sales team will now be from 9am to 5pm Monday through to Friday. Our offices during this lockdown will remain closed over the weekends.

Thank you to all our customers who have been very understanding of our recent issues.
Unfortunately some of our aftersales team contracted Covid and had to be hospitalised. We are please to advise that they are now out of danger, but we have a small backlog to work through in the meantime. Please bare with us whilst we continue to prioritise the workflow so that our colleagues are able to get everyones order processed in turn.

Further to the Government mandate issued on 31st October 2020, there has been an increased effort to curb the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19).
As on the 5th November, our opening hours will change to 10am to 5pm on weekdays. We will still be processing your orders and despatching your registrations as normal, and in addition all transfers will still be actioned in line with our normal processes.
We did experience some delays with Royal Mail deliveries during the last lockdown, so if your order is urgent we would always recommend choosing the fastest delivery option, however please be aware that sometime this cannot be guaranteed by the Royal Mail.
Our colleagues are available to help you throughout our revised opening hours, and you can still order online 24hrs a day.
We hope that all our customers stay safe and healthy during this time.

In light of the change in customer contact behaviour over the past couple of weeks, we have taken a decision to align our opening hours to ensure we are available when we are needed most, whilst also supporting our staff to enable them to work from home when needed.

With immediate effect our opening hours are changing to 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. You can still order online 24hrs a day too. 

Our online chat function will also be available during these times, and able to answer most of your after sales queries. 

We have also been advised by the DVLA that there is a significant delay with any postal applicants to them, whilst they concentrate their reduced staffing levels on the important procedures keeping the country running.

You're probably fed up of emails about Corona Virus and fed up of the impact that the virus is having on our normal daily lives.

So we will make this short and sweet (hopefully)....

We're very pleased to say that Primo Registrations is still open and running as normal! This means we are still able to provide delivery of your new number plates and necessary transfer documents – so not to worry, you will still receive everything as normal when placing an order with us!

As we are taking the advice of the government very seriously, we implemented our business continuity plan last week, meaning our transfer experts are now working from home whilst the lockdown in the UK continues.  

However we will keep you up to date with every step of your order as usual, there will be no change to the way that we communicate with you, our customers. 

We are also pleased to announce that we have extended our telephone and online chat lines, so that you are now able to reach us and place an order, or speak to us about your existing order until 8pm on weekdays. 

In addition, you can now also use our online chat function for aftersales, so if you have any questions about your order please do feel free to chat to one of our friendly advisors on our website!
