It’s a staple of most Premier League footballers to have personalised registration plates on their top-of-the-range cars, but this probably wasn’t what West Ham’s Razvan Rat envisaged when his team-mates offered to get him some new plates.
What could have been a ‘Ra5van 8’ on the front of his bright red Ferrari has instead become ‘Roland Rat’ thanks to his mischievous Hammers team-mates, who decided to reinvent the defender’s car as the ‘Ratmobile’.
The 32-year-old only moved to Upton Park over the summer and he’s probably already regretting taking his flashy wheels to Chadwell Heath. We'd have suggested our B19 WHU plate instead!
